YL-101 Electrical Contact Cleaner Since YECOA YL-101,102 has high density, a low viscosity, a low surface tension so that it can deeply penetrate the object and wash the contaminants.Also, it is a ultra-precision cleaner which can be used throughout the industry as a non-flammablecleaning product with very excellent chemical stability and thermal stability.

Usage

  • Electrical contact point part: Relay, selector, switch, wiper.
  • Magnetic head: Video, audio, computer.
  • Indicator(dial, digital), communication equipment(VTR, CRT, PCB)
  • CARD, semi-connector, electronic tube, precision instrument, various measuring instruments, clock, camera, optical instrument, lens, precision hospital equipment, clinical experiment equipment.
  • Electrical/electronic equipment not requiring disassembly for a long period.

How to use

  • Always wear safety equipment before work.
  • Arrange the parts you want to use in order of work.
  • Please separate the general parts attached to the facility in advance.
  • Spray YL-101 evenly at a distance of about 20cm from the target surface.
  • Use a brush to clean the applied surface and other parts in the same way.
  • After spraying YL-101, secondary spraying with YL-109(Dust Blower) improves cleanability.
  • Finish by wiping with a cloth or brush, depending on the work situation.

Precautions

  • Test is required before applying.
  • It may cause damage of special kinds of resin such as Acryl, Polystyrene, Polycarbonate, ABS, and etc. In particular, you have to be careful when it is used for Fluorine solvents products.
  • This should be used only for its intended purpose.
  • Ventilation is necessary when using the cleaner.
  • Do not inhale it for a long period of time.
  • Avoid long contact with skin.
  • Test prior to applying for Fluorine resin and Fluorine rubber products, because the Fluorine solvents is used.
  • Please observe the following points when storing and using the product and discard.
    1. Do not use it toward fire.
    2. Provide good ventilation for long-time use.
    3. Do not use near heater or stove.
    4. Do not keep it in the place above 40℃.
    5. Provide ventilation to use it in the closed room.
    6. Do not throw it away into fire.
    7. Punch the can to throw it away.
    8. Spraying may not work well below 5℃.
