YECOA YL-704 tapping spray is an excellent cutting oil agent  that can be employed for

dual usage.

● Very excellent workability in heavy cutting operation of special steels such as stainless steels

    and alloy steels as a large amount of extreme-pressure additives are added. 

● It is a non-water-soluble product which minimizes fuming phenomenon under harsh conditions

    due to the use of particularly well refined, high- flash point base oil, and suppressed scattering

    problems of emulsions.

● YECOA HIGH TAP spray is a product developed for Heavy Duty Machining with severe

    production of frictional heat, is not only designed to allow common operation of nonferrous metal

    systems, but capable of displaying superior processing capability in difficult-to-machine

    processing such as Broaching, Tapping, Threading, Deep-Hole-Boring, Gun-Drilling, etc.

● Applicable to Machining of various difficult-to-machine materials.

● As the materials were also designed to be suited to nonferrous metals,

    it can be applied to processing of difficult-to-machine materials. 

● Always wear safety equipment before work.

● Use it by standing the container upright.

● Spray it about 20~30cm away from target object.

● Apply repeatedly during work.

※ Please observe the following points when storing and using the product and discard.

● Even though it is low-flammable, keep away from fire to spray it.

● Provide good ventilation for long-time use.

● Keep it in the well-ventilated place below 40℃.

● Do not use it toward fire.

● Do not use near heater or stove.

● Do not use in the room using fire.

● Do not keep it in the place above 40℃.

● Provide ventilation to use it in the closed room.

● Do not throw it away into fire.

● Punch the can to throw it away.

● Do not keep it in the closed place.

● Spraying may not work well below 5℃.
