YECOA YL-501KL is a single-component natural drying aluminum coating formulated with 99% pure aluminum powder and polymer resin.
It is an effective coating for repairing minor defects in steel materials that have undergone molten aluminum plating.
Due to its aluminum content, it offers excellent corrosion and heat resistance, making it suitable for use as an anti-rust coating for steel materials.
For large, complex-shaped objects where aluminum plating is impractical, this product enhances corrosion resistance by providing both general and electrochemical anti-corrosion effects.

Usage
- Rust inhibition for steel materials and structures.
- Repair and substitution for zinc plating, repair and finish coating for damaged part of plating.
- Bridge, steel tower, steel automobile, railroad vehicle, gas piping, pipe, etc.
- High-temperature generation part such as automotive muffler, etc.
How to use
- Clean the dust, oil contents and grease on the metal surface.
- Shake up and down lightly before use.
- Spray it about 20~30cm away from target object.
- Apply it again depending on desired thickness.
- Time for tack free drying is about 2∼3 minutes.
- Complete hardening takes 24 hours.
- Use the target after complete hardening.
Precautions
- This should be used only for its intended purpose.
- Ventilation is necessary when using the cleaner.
- Do not inhale it for a long period of time.
- Avoid long contact with skin.
- Test prior to applying for Fluorine resin and Fluorine rubber products, because the Fluorine solvents is used.
- As a flammable product using compressed gas, it is dangerous. Please observe the following precautions.
- Do not use it toward fire.
- Provide good ventilation for long-time use.
- Do not use near heater or stove.
- Do not keep it in the place above 40℃.
- Provide ventilation to use it in the closed room.
- Do not throw it away into fire.
- Punch the can to throw it away.
- Spraying may not work well below 5℃.
- Be careful, as exposure to direct sunlight or heat may cause an explosion.
- Check for sparks in the vicinity, wait for the gas to disperse after spraying a certain amount, and then reuse.
