- YECOA YL-503 Anti-Corrosion Primer is the first coating step to protect metal surfaces, primarily serving to prevent metal corrosion.

Usage
- Corrosion Prevention: Protects the metal from external environments that come into direct contact with the metal surface, preventing rust formation.
- Improved Adhesion: The anti-corrosion primer enhances the adhesion between the metal surface and the subsequent topcoat paint, helping the coating last longer.
- Surface Smoothing: Fills in minor surface irregularities or defects on the metal, allowing for a smoother and more even finish with the topcoat.
How to use
- Please remove any foreign substances from the application surface for better coating performance.
- Spray the product evenly at a distance of approximately 20 cm from the application surface.
- Coat other necessary parts using the same method.
- Depending on the working conditions, use a cloth or brush along with thinner to finish the cleaning process.
Precautions
- As an enamel type, it may peel off when used in conjunction with lacquer(oil-based paint).
- This should be used only for its intended purpose.
- Ventilation is necessary when using the cleaner.
- Do not inhale it for a long period of time.
- Avoid long contact with skin.
- Test prior to applying for Fluorine resin and Fluorine rubber products, because the Fluorine solvents is used.
- As a flammable product using compressed gas, it is dangerous. Please observe the following precautions.
- Do not use it toward fire.
- Provide good ventilation for long-time use.
- Do not use near heater or stove.
- Do not keep it in the place above 40℃.
- Provide ventilation to use it in the closed room.
- Do not throw it away into fire.
- Punch the can to throw it away.
- Spraying may not work well below 5℃.
- Be careful, as exposure to direct sunlight or heat may cause an explosion.
- Check for sparks in the vicinity, wait for the gas to disperse after spraying a certain amount, and then reuse.
