YECOA YL-807 is a high-precision, high-sensitivity general magnetic particle inspection (MPI) agent
that uses black magnetic particles and performs inspections under white light.
This product is a high boiling point, oil-based type that is non-corrosive and low in toxicity.
It includes a special dispersant that allows for even application when sprayed, making it economical and efficient to use.

- Inspection Principle:
MT (Magnetic Particle Testing) is a non-destructive testing method where a magnetic field is applied to a ferromagnetic material, causing magnetic particles to gather at areas where leakage fields occur due to defects. This allows for the visual detection of surface and near-surface defects. - Visual inspection of the test area is possible.

Usage
- Wet Magnetic Particle Inspection Method
- Detection of Fine Flaws and Cracks:
Seams, Shrinkage Cracks, Tears, Laps, Flakes,
Welding Defects, Grinding Cracks, Quenching Cracks, Fatigue Cracks, etc.
How to use
- Clean the contaminated area to be inspected with Crack-Check Cleaner (YL-801). (Drying time: 2min~6min)
- Evenly spray white paint (YL-806) over the area.
- Generate the magnetizing current magnetic field.
- Evenly spray Black Magnetic Particle Spray (YL-807) over the area.
- Visually inspect the area.
- Please ensure to review and understand the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) prepared in accordance with Article 41 of the Industrial Safety and Health Act and the Ministry of Employment and Labor Notice No. 2013-37 (standards for the preparation and maintenance of material safety data sheets) before use.
Precautions
- Do not use for purposes other than intended.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- If the contents come into contact with your eyes or skin, rinse thoroughly with clean water and consult a doctor if any abnormalities occur.
- Do not spray directly on food or your face, and do not inhale or ingest the contents.
- This product contains flammable high-pressure gas, so please follow these precautions:
- Do not use near an open flame.
- Do not use near heaters, stoves, or other sources of heat.
- Do not use in an indoor area where a fire is being used.
- Do not store in areas where the temperature exceeds 40°C (104°F).
- After using in a confined space, ensure proper ventilation.
- After use, make sure there is no residual gas before disposal, and never dispose of in a fire.
- Do not store in confined spaces.
- Spraying performance may be poor at temperatures below 5°C (41°F).
- Be cautious, as exposure to direct sunlight or heat may cause the container to explode.
- Ensure no sparks are present in the surrounding area, wait for the gas to dissipate after spraying a certain amount, and then resume use.
