  MT (Magnetic Particle Testing) is a non-destructive testing method that visually detects surface and near-surface defects by applying a magnetic field to a ferromagnetic material, causing magnetic particles to gather at leakage fields formed by defects.
• Even application using a special dispersant and refined fluorescent magnetic particles.
• Reliable detection of fine cracks in dark work environments.

• Wet Magnetic Particle Inspection Method
• Surface and Near-Surface Defect Detection: Used to detect defects on or near the surface of ferromagnetic materials. Under Black light (UV light), fluorescent magnetic particles gather at the defect sites, making them easily identifiable.
• Dark Work Environments: Effective in identifying defects even in dark work environments due to the fluorescent reaction.
• Detection of Fine Flaws and Cracks:
  Seams, Shrinkage Cracks, Tears, Laps, Flakes,
• Welding Defects, Grinding Cracks, Quenching Cracks, Fatigue Cracks, etc.

• Clean the contaminants from the inspection area using Crack-Check Cleaner (YL-801). (Drying time: 2 to 6 minutes)
• Generate the magnetizing current magnetic field.
• Evenly spray the fluorescent magnetic particle testing agent (YL-808).
• Shine a Black light (UV wavelength 365 nm).
• Visually inspect the area.
• Please ensure to review and understand the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) prepared in accordance with Article 41 of the Industrial Safety and Health Act and the Ministry of Employment and Labor Notice No. 2013-37 (standards for the preparation and maintenance of material safety data sheets) before use.

• This should be used only for its intended purpose.
• Ventilation is necessary when using the cleaner.
• Do not inhale it for a long period of time.
• Avoid long contact with skin.
• Test prior to applying for Fluorine resin and Fluorine rubber products, because the Fluorine solvents is used.
• As a flammable product using compressed gas, it is dangerous. Please observe the following precautions.
  1. Do not use it toward fire.
  2. Provide good ventilation for long-time use.
  3. Do not use near heater or stove.
  4. Do not keep it in the place above 40℃.
  5. Provide ventilation to use it in the closed room.
  6. Do not throw it away into fire.
  7. Punch the can to throw it away.
  8. Spraying may not work well below 5℃.
  9. Be careful, as exposure to direct sunlight or heat may cause an explosion.
  10. Check for sparks in the vicinity, wait for the gas to disperse after spraying a certain amount, and then reuse.
