Product information

YECOA YL-900 is a room temperature curing type water-repellent insulation product. It provides an excellent moisture-resistant and insulating coating and is used for processing electrical components.

Usage

  • PCB Board
  • Coating agent for humidity proofing and sealing protection
  • Insulation agent for Coil, Connectors, Control Box, etc.

How to use

  • Remove any foreign substances from the surface to be coated to enhance coating performance.
  • Spray uniformly from about 20 cm away from the surface to be coated.
  • Coat other necessary parts in the same way.
  • Depending on the work situation, finish by wiping with a cloth or brush.

Precautions

  • Do not use for purposes other than intended.
  • Keep out of reach of children.
  • If the contents come into contact with eyes or skin, rinse thoroughly with clean water and consult a doctor if necessary.
  • Do not spray directly on food or face, and avoid inhaling or ingesting.
  • This product contains flammable gas under high pressure, so follow these precautions:
    1. Do not use toward flames.
    2. Do not use near heaters, stoves, or other sources of heat.
    3. Do not use in a room where flames are present.
    4. Do not store in areas where the temperature exceeds 40°C.
    5. Ensure proper ventilation after use in enclosed spaces.
    6. After use, dispose of the can properly by ensuring there is no residual gas, and never dispose of it in fire.
    7. Do not store in enclosed spaces.
    8. Spraying may not work properly at temperatures below 5°C.
    9. Be cautious as exposure to direct sunlight or heat may cause explosions.
    10. Check for any sparks in the surrounding area, and wait for the gas to dissipate after spraying a certain amount before using again.
