Product Information

YECOA YZP-501 is a room-temperature galvanizing method using high-purity fine- particle zinc powder,showing the effects of rust inhibition and corrosion prevention by the electrochemical action between zinc powder and metal. Excellent rust inhibition particularly for harsh environments with much salt or ease of corrosion and even already corroded surfaces.Room-temperature galvanizing method using high-purity, fine-particle zinc powder.Excellent adhesion strength due to the use of a special binder.Excellent heat resistance(250℃) and chemical resistance.Approved product according to the classification form of Korea.Very excellent rust inhibition :SST 300 hrs (KS D 9502)

Usage

  • Vessel: Bottom and connection part of vessel, heat exchanger, water tank, drainage tank, marine equipment & facility.
  • Bridge: Rust inhibition for pier, wire, rope, bridge, bolts, nuts, & welded part.
  • Vehicle: Muffler, body, lower body, fuel tank inlet, welded parts of heavy equipment, parking facility.
  • Power generation: Electrical facility, telegraph transmission power, broadcasting facility, antenna, steel tower, street lamp.
  • Building: Underground buried pipe, elbow, steel structure, fence, etc.

How to use

  • Always wear safety equipment before work.
  • Clean the dust, oil contents and grease on the metal surface. (Using our metal cleaner, they are removed easily)
  • Shake up and down lightly before use.
  • Spray twice or three times to make thick film formed.
  • Spray it about 20~30cm away from target object.
  • Apply it again depending on desired thickness.
  • Time for tack free drying is about 2∼3 minutes.
  • Complete hardening takes 24 hours.
  • Use the target after complete hardening.

Precautions

  • Please observe the following points when storing and using the product and discard.
    1. Even though it is low-flammable, keep away from fire to spray it.
    2. Provide good ventilation for long-time use.
    3. Keep it in the well-ventilated place below 40℃.
    4. Do not use it toward fire.
    5. Do not use near heater or stove.
    6. Do not use in the room using fire.
    7. Do not keep it in the place above 40℃.
    8. Provide ventilation to use it in the closed room.
    9. Do not throw it away into fire.
    10. Punch the can to throw it away.
    11. Do not keep it in the closed place.
    12. Spraying may not work well below 5℃.
