Metal Cleaner & Degreaser(YL-403P) exhibits excellent penetration and cleaning capabilities, enabling swift access to the most intricate parts of complex machinery. This eliminates the need for disassembling and reassembling the machine, saving both time and cost. Furthermore, its rapid evaporation characteristics negate the necessity for a separate drying process.
Usage
- Cleaning and degreasing of all metal parts and apparatuses, etc.
- Cleaning and degreasing of crank case, engine, brake lining, spring, carburetor system parts.
- Maintenance of petroleum pipelines.
How to use
- Always wear safety equipment before work.
- Remove dust or dirt off applied surface to apply it.
- Use brush or sand paper to remove rust or scale and apply it.
- Spray twice or three times to make cleaning.
- Spray it about 20~30cm away from target object.
Precautions
- This should be used only for its intended purpose.
- Ventilation is necessary when using the cleaner.
- Do not inhale it for a long period of time.
- Avoid long contact with skin.
- Test prior to applying for Fluorine resin and Fluorine rubber products, because the Fluorine solvents is used.
- As a flammable product using compressed gas, it is dangerous. Please observe the following precautions.
- Do not use it toward fire.
- Provide good ventilation for long-time use.
- Do not use near heater or stove.
- Do not keep it in the place above 40℃.
- Provide ventilation to use it in the closed room.
- Do not throw it away into fire.
- Punch the can to throw it away.
- Spraying may not work well below 5℃.
- Be careful, as exposure to direct sunlight or heat may cause an explosion.
- Check for sparks in the vicinity, wait for the gas to disperse after spraying a certain amount, and then reuse.
